Shaping Future Leaders

Our Initiative

The Civic Circuit is a student-led initiative based at UBC that empowers STEM students to engage with public policy, civic technology, and social impact. We bridge the gap between technical expertise and democratic participation by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, hosting educational events, and publishing research-driven policy briefs. Our mission is to build a new of scientifically literate civic leaders who can shape equitable public policy. Through fellowships, workshops, and strategic partnerships across BC The Civic Circuit champions a future where engineers and are active voices in shaping society.
